Payment milestones
Projects over 30M split 40/30/30 (sign / mid / handover). Under 30M is 50/50. Never one lump sum.
Contract & invoice
A service contract, VAT invoice on request. Scope and delivery date written into the contract.
You own it
Source pushed to your GitHub from day one. Bought outright, no lock-in to Nyx, no monthly rent.
Warranty
30–60 days after handover by package. Bugs caused by Nyx are fixed free during the warranty.

Are there surprise costs?
No. Price and scope are locked in the contract before any work. Want a feature outside scope? It gets its own quote, and you decide.
How much for a 4–6 page website?
That sits in the Business website tier, around 15–25M depending on page count, bilingual, and design customization.
Why is the internal tool just "from 15M"?
Because it depends on the workflow. After a discovery call, Nyx locks scope and gives one fixed price — not hourly.
