Apps and operations software hold your real data (customers, inventory, debts), so they need looking after. For the first year Nyx fully operates it so you can use it with peace of mind.

Managed operation, not software rental

Terms, transparent up front
Payment milestones
Projects over 30M split 40/30/30 (sign, mid, handover). Under 30M is 50/50. Never one lump sum.
Contract & invoice
A service contract, VAT invoice on request. Scope and delivery date written into the contract.
You own it
Source pushed to your GitHub from day one. Bought outright, no lock-in to Nyx.
Warranty
30–60 days after handover by package. Bugs caused by Nyx are fixed free during the warranty.
Revisions & scope
Each package includes a clear number of revision rounds. Out-of-scope work is quoted before we start, never billed silently.
Confidentiality
Your information and data are kept private. We sign an NDA if you need one.

FAQ
Are there surprise costs?
No. Price and scope are locked in the contract before any work. Want a feature outside scope? It gets its own quote, and you decide.
WordPress or custom code (Next.js)?
Want to change content often, at a good price, go WordPress. Need speed, bespoke design, or business logic like auth, package calculation, roles, go custom code. Rule of thumb: changing content is WordPress’s job; the machine computing for you is the tailored software’s job.
Why not just drag-and-drop Wix to save money?
Wix is "free" but to actually use it you pay 5–9M every year, forever. Nyx’s Quick Web is 1.5–2.9M paid once, the code is yours, delivered in 2 days.
Why is the internal tool just "from 15M"?
Because it depends on the workflow. After a discovery call, Nyx locks scope and gives one fixed price, not hourly.
